200 g soft butter 150 g sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 3 eggs 200 g corn flour 100 g starch 1 packet baking powder 7g 1 tsp. lemon zest 200 g blueberries
Beat butter, sugar, eggs with the electric mixer until frothy
Add lemon zest and lemon juice
Mix the baking powder with flour and put the starch and everything in a sieve
